Maintenance Service Packages

Monthly Retainer and Support Packages provide prepaid access to ongoing support, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, technical configuration, and service requests. These packages are designed for clients who expect recurring assistance and want to reserve monthly support time at a reduced effective hourly rate.

Select the package that best fits your expected monthly support needs. After choosing a package, you will be prompted to complete payment and sign the Retainer and Support Agreement.

Clients who do not enroll in a monthly package may still request support on a pay-as-you-go basis according to the standard service rates outlined in the Retainer and Support Agreement.
